Exchange and return

If you are not satisfied with a delivered item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to the following:

Please download and complete the return form. Don't forget to include your full bank details. Include the return slip in your package. After your return has been accepted, we will credit your account as quickly as possible.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all postage costs! Therefore, please ensure sufficient postage, otherwise we cannot accept the package and it will be returned to you.

If the value of the goods falls below 98 EUR due to the return, the usual shipping costs will be retained!

We only accept unworn, unused and flawless returns with an intact security seal.

Exchanges of items purchased through our webshop can only be processed through the webshop for logistical reasons. Please complete the enclosed return/exchange form in full. All associated postage costs are your responsibility.
